Our client was tired of increased prices for the repair of Fuel Control HMU & sub-Assemblies, such as Torque Motors. Together we highlighted the repairable sub-Assemblies and picked the easiest, most profitable item for repair. We wrote a CMM for the sub-component, tested the repair and added this repair to the airline MRO.
